Here are some of the summer meals we have had lately. With it being so hot, I haven't felt much like cooking our regular dinners.
Working backwards...
Sunday - Subs from Sub Station - $5 for a foot long
Saturday - Taco Pasta Salad
Friday - dinner at our friends - the Cockran's - grilled steaks, french fries, yeast rolls, corn on the cob and veggies - Sandy always outdoes herself!!
Thursday - Cold Plate - ham and Swiss roll ups, turkey and Velveeta roll ups, deviled eggs, crackers, veggies and dip,
Wednesday - Grilled hamburgers
Tuesday - Pepperoni and mozzarella pasta salad
Monday - Tomato and bacon sandwiches and chips
